براي اولين بار يک روبات در ايتاليا به تنهايي عمل جراحي قلب طولاني‌مدت را با موفقيت به انجام رساند.

به گزارش خبرگزاري مهر، «کارول پاپون» هدايت کننده اين روبات گفت: اين جراحي فصل جديدي را در مقابل پزشکان خواهد گشود.

وي که روبات مورد نظر را ساخته، جراحي انجام شده توسط آن را از طريق يک کامپيوتر شخصي هدايت مي‌کرد. اين عمل 50 دقيقه‌اي در يکي از بيمارستان‌هاي ميلان روي يک بيمار 34 ساله انجام شد.

12 متخصص قلب نيز روند عمل را مشاهده مي‌کردند. پاپون تاکنون از روبات‌هاي جراح در 40 عمل استفاده کرده است.

اين روبات در پي انجام 10 هزار عمل جراحي روي بيماران، مهارت کنوني خود را به دست آورده و براي انجام جراحي به تنهايي آماده شده است.

Lena Katina was born in Moscow on October 04th, 1984 in the family of the famous musician – Sergey Katin – who collaborated with “Dyuna”, Marina Khlebnikova and other representatives of Russian show-business. Starting from being 4 years old, Lena began, on her father’s initiative, to attend various sport and music clubs for the purpose of fostering plastic arts and artistic talents. When she was seven, Lena entered an ordinary school and within a year she entered music school, piano class. When she was ten, she became a soloist of the famous children group “Avenue” where she sang for 3 years. When she was 13, Lena became a member of vocal and instrumental group “Neposedy” (Naughty Children) where she met Julia Volkova with whom she became friends. At the casting, she sang a song in Spanish and the jury were astonished by the quality of her voice. Soon Lena left the group due to her age – children sing in “Neposedy” up to 14 years old. At the age of 15 she successfully passed the casting for the musical project which was later named “Tatu”. Later on, another girl joined the project – Julia Volkova who turned out to be at the second position according to the casting results, right after Lena.

JULIA’S BIO

Julia Volkova was born in the family of a successful businessman in Moscow on February 20th, 1985. At the age of 7, parallel to the ordinary school, Julia entered a music school, piano class. When she was 9, Julia became a member of the famous children vocal and instrumental group “Neposedy” (Naughty Children). At the casting Julia sang Russian folk song “Oy, to ne vecher”. In a year, Lena Katina became a member of “Neposedy” as well, and soon Julia and Lena became best friends. When she was 11, Julia switched the ordinary school where she studied for the school fostering artistic talents. Three years later she leaves “Neposedy” to pass the casting and join musical project Tatu in which Lena Katina had already been in. At the age of 15, Julia enters vocal department of Gnessin’s State Musical College and simultaneously becomes famous as a soloist of Tatu duo. In 2004 she had a baby. Now she is 20.

اما اگر با يک فرد فهميده يا با يک روانشناس يا حتي يک دکتر مورد اعتماد در مورد مشکلتان گفت وگو و مشاوره کنيد تاثير به سزايي در درمان خود به وجود مي آوريد. همانطور که بنده با اين که براي درمان به دکتر پوربيژن که يک روانشناس برجسته است مراجعه مي کنم اما در کنار آن هر چند وقت يک بار براي مشاوره به پيشه خانم دکتر افسانه ادهمي که متخصص داخلي اند مراجعه مي کنم .
در هر صورت افسردگي را جدي بگيريد چون زيان هاي بسيار محلکي به شما و اطرافيانتان مي زند.

اگر خودتان نخواهيد هيچ دارويي بر بيماري تان موثر نيست.

Libby has always been popular with Australian audiences having a wealth of previous acting experience with an extensive list of television credits.

Born in Adelaide and raised in Melbourne, Libby attended various schools in and around Melbourne while her mum shifted around doing different jobs including the running of various boarding homes. Libby and her older brother Greg enjoyed following their mum around even living on a diary farm at one point.

As a child growing up Libby thought she would be a ballerina until she was handed the role of Eliza Doolittle in Pygmalion. This was the first time she had set foot on a stage. It was at that point Libby decided she enjoyed acting, would pursue it and was encouraged to do it.

Libby then attended Preston College of Tafe and completed a ‘TOP’ drama course instead of the doing the HSC. She then attended Rusden in Melbourne and left after a year to start up Jack and Jill productions with friend Gina Kennedy — a drama workshop company.

Libby finally found Ballarat University, set in the bush, she enjoyed every minute and it was ‘right up her alley’, completing a BA in Performing Arts for 3 years.

From her time spent at Ballart University, Libby was then picked up by Barnstorm Theatre Company and toured with them for a year where she had lead roles in various theatre productions including Cuckoo and Rebellion.

It was also during this time that Libby auditioned for various roles and after three or four auditions and a fake tan, she says landed her first on going television role in Pacific Drive, playing the controversial role of Zoe.

This was the first time that Libby had met then co producer Jo Porter and Bevan Lee, now Channel 7 Network executive and headLand creator.

It was only 6 months after she left Pacific Drive when Libby joined the cast of All Saints as the role of Bronwyn Craig, the feisty headstrong and compassionate nurse who became a favourite with Australian audiences.

This was a role she had for 5 years, where love blossomed on set with fellow co-star Brian Vriends, now Libby’s partner and father to their daughter Edie, almost 4 years old.

It was also during this time that Libby received countless nominations and Logie wins, including 2002 Silver Logie winner for ‘Most Outstanding Actress’ and also a Gold Logie nomination the same year and a 2003 Silver Logie win for ‘Most Popular Actress’.

Audiences may also remember Libby in various television roles including Blue Heelers, Neighbours, Frontline, Stingers and US cable movie Man From Snowy River. Libby was also the lead in films Life and Scorcher.

After All Saints, Libby and Brian moved to Geelong where they have been renovating their home. She moved back up to Sydney early last year (2004) to take up the role as Lill on Fireflies. When the program was not renewed the producer at the time, John Edwards then hooked Libby up with his pilot, Rapid Response, shot in Melbourne.

Libby was quite excited as it was a chance to work out of Melbourne, her new home. When the pilot didn’t go ahead, it was at this time headLand producer Jo Porter approached Libby to come on board for the new drama serial.

This was a big move for Libby and her family, but it is a show she has believed in from the start and wanted to be involved with.

“It’s nice to be at the beginning of a program — I have never been one to go into a show that has been running for a while, so I was excited to be at the start of what we hope to be a long running drama series. This show really has something about it, a real storyteller and I am blown away by every single cast member. We have a very strong cast and I am wrapt.” she says.

Libby plays Grace Palmer who at 24 lost both parents. She was studying her masters in psychology and her brother Craig was just ten. Grace immediately took over the job of raising him; she’s been his sister, mother-figure and best friend ever since. They now have an unbreakable, loving bond.

Grace poured all her heart into the two loves of her life — her little brother and her career. The next few years were a titanic struggle, but her determination carried her through.

For the past five years, Grace has run the counselling service at South Coast University. She has helped countless students and townsfolk, and has quietly carved out her own little empire. A strong woman who likes doing things her way, she has enjoyed relative freedom from the powers-that-be.

Grace has built her life around solving the problems of others. But now, with her boss on her back, her brother in a coma, and her lover dead — Grace Palmer may be the one who needs help.

“We meet Grace at a very tumultuous time in her life. She can tend to be bit of a loner she has lost both parents and is very protective of her brother. She is a strong woman as she has had to be provider and mother and look after him and out for him.”

“She has been drawn to do social work because her love of humanity, which I think is a good premise for a show to get to know the characters through counselling and therapy — it’s a brave journey for those young students to take. I can’t say I have seen that much of it in any other show.” she says.

In her spare time, Libby loves pottering in her veggie garden and getting stuck into ‘doing up’ furniture and renovating her house in Melbourne when she gets back there.

Biography

Libby Tanner was born in Melbourne, Australia on the 25th Feb 1970. Libby attended nine different schools while she was growing up because her mothers interest was buying old houses doing them up then moving on.

As a child, she loved dancing and began classical and jazz ballet when she was seven. She did not really think about acting until she was sixteen. ‘I was in a combined Year 11 and 12 class and the drama teacher made me stand up to audition for the role of Eliza Doolittle, ‘I was petrified but she gave me the role and that started me thinking seriously about acting,’ she says.

She then moved on to do TOP Drama at Preston College in 1991, she enrolled in the Bachelor of Performing Arts Course at Ballarat University. Since graduation she has worked with the Barnstormin’ Theatre Company and her television credits include Neighbours, Bony, The Man from Snowy River, Frontline, Blue Heelers, Pacific Drive and All Saints.

And it is thanks to her Pacific Drive character Zoe that Libby literally fell into a sideline singing career. ‘I was doing an appearance last year judging a talent quest with some drag queens and we were just having so much fun and laughing… I fell off the stage. There was a guy from a record company in the audience and he said he wanted me to record a song.’ Libby recorded the single ‘Different’ (a cover of a Mama Cass song) with female impersonator Hugh Monro and singer Mark Fuller under the group name of The Family. But she has not had time for any other singing gigs since then.

Libby loves her All Saints character. ‘She has so much energy,’ she says. ‘Bron is a good nurse and she has the instincts to become a good ambulance officer.’ Libby has never wanted to be a nurse and has been fortunate to never require hospital treatment. But, for her, the link between nursing and playing a nurse is about empathising with people. ‘Nurses have to care for people, get into their world and understand what the patients are going through and what their fears are to be able to help them through it,’ she says. Libby says Bron’s high energy levels make her engaging, but the excesses of her private life do take a toll.

Libby gave birth to her first child on December 19th 2001 to partner and co-star Brian Vriends. They are both extremly happy.

Before “Fireflies” Libby had acted in a number of TV series including the long
running and highly successful “All Saints”. It was her appearances in ‘All Saints’ that led to her winning a Silver Logie and being nominated for the Gold.

It was also during this period that Libby gave birth to her first child, Edie.

Libby says at the time she thought she was prepared to be a working Mum but
found the reality to be a lot different, “I did go back to work when she was four months old and it seemed like the craziest thing to do. It was a nightmare! She didn’t sleep! So the last year of ‘All Saints’ was just a blur”.

When asked if she feels concerned “Fireflies” might be glamorizing the hard and dangerous work of rural fire fighters, she laughs, “No! My make up artist and I always have this joke. “Do you think this is too ‘Bold and the Beautiful’ while you’re fighting a fire?” No, look, it’s not glorifying. I think we work really closely with the RFS and they’re really happy with what we’ve done so far”.

در جشنی که در سال۲۰۰۵ در ملبورن برگزار شد لیبی تنر به عنوان یکی از ۱۰ بازیگر برتر سال استرالیا انتخاب شد. این بازیگر خوش سیما در سال ۱۹۷۰ و در بیست و پنجمین روز از ماه فوریه در ملبورن متولد شد . او چند سال پیش با برایان فریند که در سریال پرستاران همبازی او بوده ازدواج کرد و حاصل این ازدواج هم یه دختر تپل و مپله … .

این خانوم خوشگله از سال ۱۹۹۸ کار خودش رو در سریال پرستاران آغاز کرد و با کمک گروه فیلم ساز و بازیگران سری اول سریال در سال۲۰۰۳ به پایان رسید. اما پس از مدتی استراحت دوبارهکار ساخت ادامه یافت تا در سال ۲۰۰۵ این پروژه به پایان رسید .

نظر شخصی من در موردسریال پرستاران که در ایران هم مخاطبان بسیار زیادی دارد این است که این فیلم در کنار زیبایی بی نظیرش بسیار آموزنده نیز بوده . حداقل برای من… .

اما حالا این بازیگر استرالیایی مشغول بازی در سریال فایلهای آتش می باشد. به امید موفقیت او … .

ميگرن و دلايل بروز آن :

تا به حال دليل قابل قبولي براي اين نوع سردرد پيدا نشده است . اما برخي از پزشکان دلايلي را براي اين نوع سردرد بازگو کرده اند که شما مي توانيد براي يافتن آنها به وب سايت ها و نسخه هايي که از دست نوشته هاي شان در شبکه ي جهاني اينترنت موجود مي باشد مراجعه فرماييد .
اما بشنويد از نقاطي که اين نوع سردرد بيشتر در آن قيمت ها بروز مي کند :
1- قسمت بالاي چشم که شايع ترين درد هاي ميگرن است که اکثرا همراه با درد شديد در آن قسمت و اطراف چشم و ايجاد فشارهايي که مانند ضربان قلب مي باشد همراه است و هميشه اين نوع درد در يک قسمت از سر رخ مي دهد .
2- در در تمام قسمت هاي پيشاني سر .
3- در در اطراف يکي از چشم ها .
4- و آخرين نوع سردرد هاي ميگرني که امکان ظهور آن در پشت سر يا زير چشم ها و …. است . ( در مورد اين نوع از ميگرن اطلاع دقيقي در دست نيست . )

نشانه هاي بروز ميگرن :
احساس تهوع و استفراغ . بي اشتهايي . بي حوصلگي . از دست دادن مقداري از بينايي يا تمام آن .

ميگرن در بعضي از موارد بر روي بينايي انسان نيز تاثير منفي مي گذارد و باعث از دست دادن آن مي شود :
1- ديدن نقاط براق و نوراني
2- ديدن لکه هاي تيره
3- مشاهده ي اجسام تار و زيگزاگ
اين سه مورد از موارد شايع در از دست دادن بينايي مي باشند .

خود در ماني :
کسي که احساس مي کند دچار حمله هاي ميگرني شده مي تواند با استراحت در يک اتاق تاريک و ساکت و نخوردن بعضي از لبنيات و مواد غذايي کافئين دار و پرهيز از خوردن شکلات و …

اما هر چند اين راه کار ها بتواند در همان لحظه بهبودي نسبي به شما ببخشد ولي شما حتما بايد براي درمان به پيش يک پزشک متخصص مراجعه کنيد . چون در بعضي از موارد ميگرن باعث حبص شخص در يک اتاق تاريک براي چند روز مي شود .

ما براي جلوگيري از بروز ميگرن چه بايد کرد :
پرهيز از خوردن لبنيات و شکلات و مواد کافئين دار . پرهيز از اضطراب و استرس شديد …. .

در صورت مراجعه به پزشک . پزشک مربوطه با دادن يک سري از قرص ها مانند قرص ضد تهوع و سردرد و … به بهبودي کامل شما کمک مي کند .

كليه و درد هاي ناگهاني

درد هاي ناگهاني در قسمت كليه مخصوصا اگر دائما بر روي يك كليه باشد را بايد حتما جدي گرفت . اين درد هاي ناگهاني در بيشتر موارد به
دلايلي كه در زير بيان شده مي باشد:
1- نشستن به صورت غلط كه باعث فشار امدن به يكي از كليه ها مي شود
2- دفع دير هنگام ادرار مخصوصا در مردان و پسران بالغ
3- ايجاد سنگ در كليه كه هنوز وارد مراحل حاد نشده است
…

گاهي اين درد ها در مقياس بالا با سرگيجه و حالت تهوع همراه مي شوند كه باعث رنجش بيش از حد بيمار شده و او را براي دقايقي بي تاب و توان مي كنند . در اين شرايط پيشنهاد مي شود از تهوع و استفراغ جلوگيري نكنيد تا بدنتان بعد از استفراغ به شرايط عادي خود برگردد . در اين شرايط دماي بدن نيز به شدت بالا مي رود و باعث تعرق شديد براي لحظاتي مي شود كه پس از سپري شدن زمان اندكي دماي بدن به سرعت به حالت اول باز مي گردد .

اكر اين دردها فقط در يك مقطع زماني به وقوع بپيوندد مي توان دليل ان را به گزينه ي 1 و 2 ربط داد اما در صورت طولاني شدن درد ها بايد دليل را در گزينه ي 3 جست و جو كرد . لازم به ذكر است كه در صورت وجود سنگ در كليه درد ها در مقاطع زماني بسيار طولاني تر صورت مي گيرد و حتي شايد شامل چند روز گردد .
در هر صورت پيشنهاد من به شما اين است كه درد كليه را در هر شرايطي جدي بگيريد . چون ممكن است سبب اين درد ها وجود سنگ در كليه يا حتي مربوط به اپانديس باشد .

کزاز …

کزاز يکي از خطرناکترين عفونتهاي شايع در بين انسانهاست که راه انتقال از به صورت زير است:
هنگامي که بدن به وسيله ي يک جسم آلوده زخمي شود يا بعد از زخمي شدن يا خراش برداشتن با جسم آلوده برخورد داشته باشد به احتمال 1 در 3500 به کزاز مبتلا مي شود . البته اين در شرايطي است که زخم عمیق باشد .
اگر چنين اتفاقي برايتان پيش امد بعد از حدود 2 ساعت يا کمتر علائم کزاز ظهور مي کند که از ان جمله مي توان به متورم شدن محل زخم . سوزش . تغيير رنگ محل . احساس بي حسي و کوفتگي در محل . و… .
حتما و در هر شرايطي اگر بعد از زخمي شدن با چنين مواردي برخورديد به نزديک ترين درمانگاه محل زندگيتان مراجعه کنيد .
*** تذکر دوستانه : کزاز را جدي بگيريد چون بهد از ابتلا حداقل زمان مفيدتان براي درمان تا 20 ساعت است که البته اين به مقاومت بدنتان مربوط مي باشد ولي در صورت عدم درمان عفونت ناشي از کزاز تمام بدنتان را فرا گرفته و باعث مرگ مي شود .
